Students must be at least 18 years of age. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Students must have their own travel insurance.

Students must pay a deposit in advance to secure their place in any program.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date for a program cannot be refunded.

Once the student has started the program, fees will not be refunded unless documentation of a medical or personal emergency is presented.

Students engaging in behaviour that puts at risk the safety and well-being of other students or staff may be asked to leave the program. This behaviour can include, but is not limited to the abuse of alcohol or illegal drugs.
